Yes, A deposit is needed upon scheduling and before any work is to begin. A deposit verifies that CRC Improvements and the homeowner are both mutually committed and agree to the work that is scheduled to be done. The deposit secures your place on the schedual for work to be done on your property.
All estimates and quoted pricing from CRC Improvements is good for 30 days, Material prices do fluctuate and the scope of repairs may increase with time. so we can only guarantee a price for 30 days. Thank you for your understanding.
Cash and/or Checks are the acceptable forms of payment for CRC Improvements LLC. We currently do not accept payments through personal or business credit cards. However, we’ll let our customers know when this payment option does become available.
Every project that we’re hired to complete has its own particular set of circumstances that will affect the duration of each job. Smaller repairs may take only a day or two, where larger projects can take up to a few months or more. The time line depends greatly on the complexity of the project, design details, material availability and unforeseen circumstances. You can rest assured that we do our best to stay on the timeline we give to our customers.
